A benefit of being a Stadium Member is the ability to purchase Guest Passes for your clients, colleagues, family and friends. Guest Passes are additional tickets for individual events that allocate tickets within Members seating areas and allow access to Members areas.
As our Membership seating is a Reserved system i.e. all Members have designated seating for the year, it is likely that seating in front, behind and either side of your seats are allocated to Members also.
Platinum and Gold seating is SOLD OUT for 2024 – Guest Passes will only be available in Silver Section 518 on Level 5 and Silver Sections 319 and 324 on Level 3.

Please note that Guest Pass purchases via Complimentary tokens, invoice or credit card are final and non-refundable.
Below is a walkthrough of how to purchase Guest Passes via the Members Portal.
Once logged in, click on the Digital Tickets tab.
The next page will show a – – Select Event – – drop down, click to choose the match you would like to purchase Guest Passes for.
Once you have selected an event, if Guest Passes are available an ACCESS GUEST PASSES button will appear in the bottom right corner of the Digital Ticketing screen, click this button to progress.
The next screen will allow you to either use your Complimentary Guest Pass tokens or purchase Guest Passes.
Please note a Guest pass limit applies for each event, this limit is based on availability and may vary depending on event type.
Every Member seat purchased for 2024 is entitled to the following Complimentary Guest Pass tokens for the year:
- 1 x Brisbane Broncos regular season home games single use Guest Passes;
- 1 x Queensland Reds regular season home games single use Guest Passes;
- 1 x Dolphins regular season home games single use Guest Passes;
- 1 x Brisbane Roar regular season home games single use Guest Passes.
For example, 1 x 2024 Member Seat gives you access to 1 x single use Complimentary Guest pass token for a Broncos regular season home game. These are yours to use throughout the 2024 year however you choose – please note unused tokens do not roll over to the next Membership year. This is the same for the Reds, Dolphins and Roar. Please note – Broncos and Dolphins matches played within NRL Magic Round are not classified as regular season home games, tokens are not valid for these events.
In the example below, we will use 1 x Complimentary Guest Pass token and pay for 1 Guest Pass ticket. You will note that the TOTAL TO PAY calculates taking into account one of the Guest Passes being complimentary.
Depending on the event type, we may offer two options for seating.
- Split Seating – Your Guest will be allocated in the best available seats within Members seating areas – you will not be able to sit with your Guest Pass holders for this event.
- Relocate Members Seats – You would like to temporarily relocate your Members seats for this one event, this option, if available will allow you to select seating that equates to your total Member Seating number in addition to the Guest Passes being purchased.
IMPORTANT – if you select this option and relocate your Members Seats for an event, this is irreversible as your regular seats being left empty may be re-allocated for this event only.
For this example we will select Relocate Members Seats, once selecting this option in the Guest Pass Seating Requirement you will be taken to a below seating map page. Select the section you would like to allocate seats in to for this event by clicking on the blue available sections and click NEXT.
A total of 4 seats (2 relocated Membership Seats & 2 Guest Passes) can be allocated in available seats.
Click on 4 available seats which will then display as Selected, then click NEXT.
The final payment step will summarise your purchase, seating allocation, and allow you to select Credit Card payment or Pay by Invoice. Please note, if choosing Pay by Invoice, your Guest Pass digital tickets will not be available until payment has been received.
One a payment option is selected and you have clicked SUBMIT, you will receive a confirmation as per the below example. Both payment methods will automatically receive an invoice via email.
Click on the SEND TICKETS button to access the Guest Pass digital tickets directly (noting that as previously mentioned above, Guest Passes purchase through Pay by Invoice will not be active until payment is received).
You will notice that the regular Member Seats are now relocated (Member cards will be deactivated for this event) and 4 new Digital Tickets are available to transfer.

Guest Pass Important Reminders
When purchasing and issuing Guest Passes, please be reminded of your responsibilities as per the 2024 Stadium Membership Terms & Conditions.
Dress Standards apply in the Level 5 Members area – Members and Guests who to not adhere to these standards may be refused entry.
